You fill your own tag. We never handle your photographs, and you never wait on us to update them.

Add the photographs yourself, and write the caption, the date and the place under each one. You can change your password here too — the tag's ID never changes, so the tag itself always keeps working.

One switch. Leave it open and anyone you hand the tag to can view it. Lock it and a visitor just has to type your password before anything appears — no ID, nothing else to remember.

Any update you make in the panel appears on the tag instantly — the next tap opens the new version, automatically. Swap the photographs, rewrite a caption, change the password, lock or unlock it, as often as you like.

Not every phone reads NFC — older handsets don’t, some budget ones don’t, and plenty of people have it switched off. So the back of every tag is printed with a code that opens the very same archive.

Before you order
Everything below is how the tag actually behaves — not how we'd like it to sound.
Memory Tag is a small physical NFC keychain tag. Hold it to the back of a phone and it opens a private web page of photographs you chose, each with the caption, date and place you wrote under it. There is no app to install on either side.
Every tag carries a scannable code printed on the back. Older and some budget handsets cannot read NFC, so the reverse face works with any phone camera instead. One side taps, the other scans.
Yes. Every page is served over HTTPS, your photographs are held in private storage that has no public link of its own, and each request for an image is checked against your tag's lock state before a single byte is sent. Your password is never stored as text — it is kept as a one-way hash, so nobody at Memory Tag can read it or tell you what it is.
No. The tag opens an ordinary web page, so any modern phone browser can display it. Neither the owner nor the person tapping the tag installs anything.
Only if you leave it open. A single switch in your panel locks the tag, and a visitor must then type your password before anything appears. When it is locked the photographs are withheld by the server, not merely hidden in the page, so they cannot be recovered by inspecting the website.
No. Tag pages are excluded from search engines by default and are never linked from anywhere on our site, so they are not crawled or indexed. Your archive is reachable only by someone holding your physical tag or your exact tag link.
Never. Your photographs are yours. We do not sell, licence, publish or share them, we do not use them to train anything, and we do not look at them except when you specifically ask us to for support. They exist to be shown by your tag and for nothing else.
Lock it immediately from your panel and whoever finds it sees a password prompt instead of your photographs. Your archive itself is not lost — it lives in your account, not on the tag — so ordering a replacement tag restores everything exactly as it was. Write to us and we will move your existing archive onto the new tag rather than starting you over.
Write to support@solomemorytag.com from the email address you ordered with and we will verify you and issue a fresh password. Because passwords are stored as one-way hashes we cannot tell you your old one — nobody here can read it — so a reset is the only route, and that is deliberate.
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we replace it at our cost. NFC chips are sealed and have no battery or moving parts, so a genuine failure is rare, but a manufacturing fault is ours to fix and not something to argue about.
Up to 15 photographs per tag, each up to 25 MB. Your original file is stored exactly as uploaded and is never re-compressed.
Yes, as often as you like. You sign in with the ID and password that came in the box, and any change appears on the next tap immediately. The tag's ID never changes, so the physical tag keeps working forever.
Yes. You can remove any photograph from your panel at any time, and deleting it removes the stored file, not just the link to it. If you want the whole archive erased, write to support@solomemorytag.com and we will delete it and confirm when it is done.
No. NFC tags draw the small amount of power they need from the phone reading them, so there is nothing to charge and no battery to replace.
Memory Tag ships across India for ₹299, shipping included. It comes in four designs and is dispatched with its own printed ID and password.
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days and typically arrive 3 to 10 working days after that, depending on your pincode. You get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is handed to the courier.
You can cancel free of charge any time before dispatch and we refund in full. Once your tag has shipped, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. The one exception is a tag that arrives physically damaged or does not work: report it within 7 days with a photograph and we replace it at our cost. That is a replacement, not a refund.
