Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship

Across India, to any pincode our courier partners serve. Shipping is included in the ₹299 price — there is no delivery charge added at checkout. We do not ship internationally at present.

How long it takes

• Dispatch: within 3 working days of a successful payment. Tags are encoded and packed by hand, which is what this window is for.
• Delivery: typically 3 to 10 working days after dispatch, depending on your pincode. Metro addresses are usually at the fast end of that range.

Festive periods, weather and courier strikes can add time. If your parcel is running late we would rather tell you than wait to be asked.

Tracking your order

You get an email with a tracking link the moment your parcel is handed to the courier. You can also check progress at any time on our order tracking page using the email address you ordered with — no account needed.

Getting the address right

Please check your address and pincode before paying. We dispatch to exactly what you entered. If you spot a mistake, tell us immediately at support@solomemorytag.com — we can correct it before dispatch, but once a parcel is with the courier the address cannot be changed and a redelivery may be chargeable.

If delivery fails

• Couriers usually attempt delivery up to three times. Keep the phone number you gave us reachable — most failed deliveries are a missed call.
• An undelivered parcel is returned to us. We will contact you to arrange a re-dispatch.
• If a parcel is lost in transit we replace it at our cost. You are not asked to pay twice for a courier’s mistake.

Damaged on arrival

Photograph the parcel and the tag before doing anything else and send it to support@solomemorytag.com within 7 days. We replace a tag damaged in transit at our cost — see Refunds & Cancellations.
